Guests are not required to pay a security deposit. There is a one-time non-refundable $150 fee which covers administrative costs, maintenance, and cleaning for the entirety of each stay. This is due prior to moving in.

We partner with social workers and case managers to help place clients in safe, affordable housing. Our goal is to make the transition smooth, supportive, and stress-free for everyone involved.

Student Housing
We welcome students looking for off-campus housing. Our fully furnished rooms come with all utilities and Wi-Fi included. Enjoy the convenience of flexible, semester-based rental plans.

Our all-inclusive environment consists of shared rooms. We pay all the bills and provide a washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, kitchen necessities, phone, internet, and cable. We have the latest state-of-the-art security systems and keyless entry.
